Their primary role is to ensure that healthcare providers are paid for services rendered in a timely and accurate manner.
AR Callers work within the revenue cycle management (RCM) department of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and billing service companies. They contact insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding debts, handle payment disputes, and ensure that claims are processed correctly.
